So, finally, here it is folks, my picture highlights of an absolutely fantastic self guided tour of Costa Rica. It is a really beautiful, lush, verdant country. The people are friendly and the wildlife is EVERYWHERE! It is well worth a visit if you ever get a chance and i hope to return one day.
To maximise my time there i travelled to several areas, my trip took in: A brief stay in San Jose, LaFortuna and Arenal Volcano, Day trip to Cano Negro, Monteverde Cloud Forest and Manuel Antonio. That took in several different habitats (Caribbean slope, Caribbean Lowlands, Pacific Slope and Pacific Coast) and hence several different species.
